Terms of use

1. The service

Troca HQ reads crew tickets, receipts and documents, helps the company check each line, and creates unsent invoices in the company's QuickBooks Online. It also plans crew routes and texts crew leads their routes.

2. The company checks every invoice

Troca HQ uses AI to read handwriting, and a reading can be wrong. The company checks every line before it creates an invoice, and reviews each invoice in QuickBooks before it sends it. Troca HQ never sends an invoice to a customer. The company is responsible for the invoices it sends.

3. Estimates

Drive times and arrival times in Troca HQ are estimates, not promises.

4. The company's data

The company owns its data. It lets us process the data only to provide Troca HQ, as the privacy policy describes.

5. QuickBooks

The company connects QuickBooks with its own Intuit login and can disconnect at any time, in Troca HQ or in QuickBooks. QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc. Intuit does not make or endorse Troca HQ.

6. Acceptable use

• Use Troca HQ only for lawful business purposes.
• Text only crew members who agreed to receive route texts, and stop when one replies STOP.
• Keep logins private, and tell us at once about any login you think someone else has used.

7. Fees

Any fees are set in a separate agreement between the company and us.

8. No warranty

To the extent the law allows, Troca HQ is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and we do not promise that it is free of errors or always available.

9. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees the company paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Ending use

The company can stop using Troca HQ at any time. We can suspend access that breaks these terms. On request, we delete the company's data as the privacy policy describes.

11. Changes

If we change these terms, we post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
